Shipping Info

Upon being notified of your purchase I will ship the CD(s) within 1-3 business days. For orders placed for delivery to the 50 states of the USA, I will ship via USPS media mail. Please be aware that within the USA it therefore takes up to 11 business days of total time after placing your order to receive the purchased CD(s). For orders outside the USA or not to the 50 states I will ship via First-Class Package International Service to any of the 180 countries that can receive this type of delivery. For more info including whether your country is eligible for this service, visit the US Postal Service at usps.com .. Please be aware international shipping will take a considerable amount of time based on your country of delivery, but the US Post Office doesn’t give an exact number of days that it takes for the delivery to be made. I will ship the CD(s) within 1-3 business days of receiving notification of the order being placed. If ordering more than 10 copies of the CD, either domestically or internationally, please contact me before ordering at Benjamin.Ruppel@outlook.com to arrange shipment.

Return Policy

I will accept returns. Please email me at Benjamin.Ruppel@outlook.com to arrange the return. I will respond to your return request within 2 business days. All returns must be received, by me, within 60 days of the time of sale (meaning when you placed the order) to receive a refund. Please be aware that I will process returns for international orders, but international shipping may take a long time, and the 60 day time frame still applies. It is your responsibility to get the CD to me within 60 days of placing the order to receive a refund. If the delivery of a international (outside the 50 US states) order takes over a 30 days, and I receive the CD’s for return after 60 days from when the order was placed, I will consider the refund on a case by case basis but cannot guarantee refunds in this case. In the event that a CD is damaged in transit, please email me at Benjamin.Ruppel@outlook.com with pictures attached of the damaged CD(s) and I’ll refund the cost of the order, including shipping.
